We will confirm the legal and factual basis of your claims and begin to analyze your potential damages, such as lost wages or emotional distress. This allows us to develop an initial case strategy tailored to your specific situation.

3. Preserving Key Evidence

During this time, it is essential that you preserve all potential evidence. This includes emails, text messages, voicemails, documents, and any other communication or record related to your employment and your claims. Please do not delete or alter anything. We will provide further guidance on this, but it is a crucial responsibility that begins now.

Clear Communication and Next Steps
