What are 'Document Requests'?
A formal request for evidence in the discovery process.
"Requests for Production of Documents," often called document requests, are a standard part of discovery where one party formally asks the other to provide copies of specific documents, files, and other tangible things.
This can include requests for your emails, employment records, and other documents relevant to your claims. Just like with Interrogatories, our team will work with you to gather the requested information and prepare our official response.
