What are 'Interrogatories'?
Formal written questions in the discovery process.
"Interrogatories" are a set of formal written questions sent from one party to another during the discovery phase of a lawsuit. The receiving party is required to answer these questions in writing and under oath.
Like deposition testimony, your answers to interrogatories are sworn testimony and can be used as evidence in your case. Our team will work closely with you to prepare complete and accurate answers to any interrogatories we receive.
